Mongolia has reported an outbreak of HPAI H5N1 in wild birds.

According to an OIE report, 121 wild birds which tested positive for HPAI H5N1 were found dead in May near the Genggahai Lake of Gonghe County in the Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Hainan' in Qinghai Province.

No information on species has been reported.
